I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Macau for a few days and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The hotel staff, especially Dala at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Despite not being able to book through the IHG website, we were generously compensated with a free room upgrade, complimentary breakfast, and late check-out. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and meets all the Holiday Inn standards. The location is convenient, with popular attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Macau.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Macau for a couple of days. The room was incredibly comfortable, even though it was only a standard room. The receptionists, Miss Justine and Miss Lourdes, were very accommodating, especially since we share the same nationality. The swimming pool was clean, and the hot and cold jacuzzi was irresistible, despite the cold weather. I was delighted with my stay, and considering that I'm usually frugal, I can say it was great value for money.

Options of soft and hard pillows are awesomeeeee!

Convenient location near major casinos and old Portuguese district; clean and well-maintained property; warm and helpful staff; spacious, clean, and comfortable room with a well-kept bathroom; smooth check-in process with a complimentary upgrade.

When booking i already ask for non smoking room and double bed but the hotel is no arrange it!

the Philippino staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant buffet very good value with a wide selection. Laundry service and meals in room very useful.

the third party restaurants on the premises were way to expensive, ok if you have just had a big win in their casino.

The lobby needs a certain renovation, the smoking smell is not a pleasant welcoming way. Breakfast serving time is too short from 7 to 10AM only, should at least be 6 to 11 for the guest to use meal as many business traveler arriving at hotel quite late and need some rest.

Every things n even staffs are good and friendly as help are every where to go n eat.

Nothing are we don't like

The hotel has convenient access to the ferry terminal, with a shuttle bus providing easy transport. It is also nearby to a range of restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and come with separate wifi service for each room, while helpful and responsive staff provide excellent service.

The casino atmosphere may not be suitable for those traveling with children or looking for a family-friendly experience.

Staff members from front desk to restaurant are helpful & friendly. Good location with a 7-Eleven nearby. Breakfast is well served.

Not aware of renovation of swimming pool. Wished to swim & to do spa originally :( Would be nice if they're more options of complimentary tea bags.
